Meteorological Authority: Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. update
Meteorologist Kathy Orr has the latest weather forecast.
PHILADELPHIA CREAM – Tuesday’s clouds came with some humidity as temperatures persisted in the upper 60s in the Delaware Valley.
Overnight temperatures will also remain balmy with temperatures remaining in the high 60s. Forecasters say the average temperature for this time of year is 64, so the overnight low of 63 that much of the region will experience is on par with the weather in late October.
Early morning fog and drizzle are expected for Wednesday morning, but some sunshine might come out of the clouds for us in the afternoon.
Meteorologist Kathy Orr says she expects a break in the showers, giving way to some sunshine before sunset.
Things will dry up by Wednesday night, giving way to a dry remainder of the week, just in time for a big sports weekend in Philadelphia.
Cooler temperatures are coming with the incoming dry air, however, with morning lows dropping into the 40s.
